SCIHL Division 1 - Week 5 Scoreboard

In what could be a preview of the SCIHL finals, the RBC Lions and HKBN Tycoons went toe-to-toe in the best game of the year so far with the Tycoons scoring a late 3rd period power-play goal to edge the Lions by the count of 7-6.
The teams look evenly matched on paper as they rank 1 and 2 for both Goals For and Goals Against.
For the Tycoons, it was a team effort as six players found a way to beat the Lions undefeated tender Rudolf 'Rudi' Bernart.
Gregory Smyth and Rob Schremp each had two goals for the Lions as they suffered their first loss of the year.
In the second game of the night, the Aces looked like they were fighting a Warriors teams without sticks as they sent them to their fourth loss in a row with a sound 11-3 defeat.
Big nights for two of the Aces star players, Whitney Olsen had 4 goals + 3 helpers for 7 points while Jesse Lussier also found the net 4 times with one assist for 5 points.
