Both Jeff Wall and Bryan Crane had 5-point nights to lead the Sam Wai Raptors to an 11-7 win over Sapporo. There were lots of goals in this game. Raptors led 3-2 after the first but Sapporo was able to tie it up at 6 after 7 goals were scored in the second period.
Rhett Wilcox gave Sapporo an early 7-6 lead in the third but 5 straight goals by the Raptors was the difference. Other mentions - Dennis Toews and Julian Ikeda-Thaw (LPP) with a pair of goals.
Raptors goaltender Kevin Rushton stopped 25 while Sammy Wong stopped 20 for
Sapporo.
